## Services and fixed-fee CAD pricing

All services are quoted as a fixed fee in Canadian dollars once scope is clear:

- **01 · Diagnostic & Sample-Data Proof**: From $2,500 CAD, 10 business days (100% credited toward Step 02 or Step 03 within 30 days; multi-site live-system audits up to $12,000 CAD). Starts on static exported sample logs, tickets or field PDFs with zero live IT/OT network access required. Delivers a quantified bottleneck map, a working validation/extraction proof on client sample files, and a fixed-price build quote.
- **02 · Integration & Data Quality**: From $7,500 CAD for focused two-system pilots (3–8 weeks); multi-system builds up to $60,000 CAD (6–16 weeks). Connects historians, SCADA exports, CMMS, dispatch and field records into one validated operational view with automated data-quality checks.
- **03 · AI & Anomaly Workflows**: From $5,000 CAD per workflow (up to $15,000 CAD, 3–6 weeks). Field-sheet and lab-report extraction, technician-note structuring, alarm correlation and sensor anomaly flags—built on clean data with mandatory engineer review before dispatch or reporting.
- **04 · Data Operations Retainer**: From $2,000 to $8,000 CAD per month (10–35 hours). Ongoing pipeline monitoring, connector maintenance, new field data sources and validation/model tuning.

Third-party cloud/software licensing and 24/7 after-hours support are scoped separately.
